The lady was very nice, however the husband was very dismissive over a low quality print. While trying to ask if it was the picture quality or if anything could be done he quickly ended the discussion with "if you don't like it I'll give you your money back". We were going to see if another image worked better but knew we were bothering him so we just left.
That's what I get for trying to save money I guess. I do not recommend for anyone needing cards or announcements. He was more worried about getting us out of his hair vs us having an announcement we were happy with.
