Chitwood Graphics was started in 1995 by David W. Chitwood. It started out with an architectural background as David started freelance drafting and 3D computer illustrations. With a history in architecture, graphic design and programming, the company quickly extended into the world wide web with web design and development.

David has an Associate of Arts degree in Architecture. He has worked more than 11 years in the architectural and construction industry where he created construction documentation, surveyed and administered over 200 renovation and new construction projects, developed customized document management software, administered networks and generated presentation graphics including 3D architectural illustrations.
