A PDF is preferred to avoid missing links with Adobe Suite files or formatting issues with Microsoft Office documents. If you do send us native design files from Adobe or Microsoft be sure to include any linked assets. Collect all of your files into one folder whenever possible and compress them into an archive file like a.zip.

The East TN Military Affairs Council (ETMAC) has depended on High Resolutions to print the programs for our Veterans Appreciation and Awards Luncheon each year and they always look great! Every three years they print our Military Economic Impact Report. Their dependability, high quality of work, and great staff will always keep us coming back to High Resolutions. I've ordered several times from High Res and every time the customer service has been excellent. The products I have ordered from them were all of excellent quality and the pricing is very competitive. I have ordered for my business and also for my household and I am very pleased with each item! If you are looking for a local printing/sign/graphics company in the Knoxville area, these guys are AWESOME! I reached out to High Resolutions because I needed some last minute banner and sign printing done for a local trade/bridal show. When I called, the receptionist got me in contact with Paul, so was awesome to work with. I told him what I needed, and he made it happen (and did so WAY faster than I ever imagined!). I really can't say enough good things about High Res. Customer Service = Excellent. Quality of Product = Outstanding. I will be using them for sure in the future!
