Thank you Felice! I live in San Diego and grew up in Fort Washington. My dad and I walked into this store last year and have been using their shipping services ever since. We ship a lot of fragile items from Pa to Ca. Felice always packs things beautifully and they arrive in perfect condition.

Great experience. My wife and I came her to print some greeting cards and even though it was a small order they were so accommodating and kind. We love it here.

I came to PostNet needing 2 banners made and a back drop. 1 banner for my nursing sorority, and the other 2 items for my son's graduation. I sent in a request for a quote, the owner contacted me in less than 5 minutes. I only told her the name of my sorority, she sent me back the crest, and all the pictures that go along with it. I was going to a nursing conference and needed the banner in less than 2 weeks.

The owner Felice, and her husband Carlton, were so helpful and professional, and nice. She sent me back proto-types to look at and approve, and in less than a weeks time I had both banners and the back drop. When I say gorgeous work! The banner was a hit a my conference, and the banner for my son is hanging proudly in front of our home. I would highly recommend you utilize the service's offered by PostNet, you won't be disappointed.

I tried to get in touch with customer service at the corporate office in regards to getting ripped off by one of their franchises. It's almost been a full week and I haven't heard back. This review is in regards to: 2800 E Whitestone Blvd Ste 120 Cedar Park, TX 78613 tx177@postnet.com Terrible! They rip people off! I went in to mail a letter overnight via UPS.

They quoted me over $60! Then, since the delivery address is only three hours away, I asked about regular ground. They then quoted me $33. I paid it and went back to work. Later in the day I created a quote on UPS website. The price to overnight a letter.$27! When I called to address the issue, the lady laughed at me and hung up. I won't be back and I won't recommend them.

I walked in last night, during a terrible rainstorm, carrying an overflowing box of documents. 30lbs of paper, to be precise. Tracy was so helpful and undaunted, repackaging it as necessary and was super friendly and personable. I will go back for every shipping need, which will be several as we are gearing up for remote holiday celebrations during the pandemic. Kudos to Tracy and to PostNet!

After being disappointed with my son not being able to graduate due to the pandemic, we still wanted to celebrate. Post Net made beautiful lawn signs for me that allowed me to share my son's success with our community. I met both the owner Felice and the manager Tracey. They are both extremely professional and very nice! Looking forward to using Post Net again for my next project.

I needed to two day ship a package to get to my brother in time for his birthday and Tracey was so helpful and made it easy! She tapped my box up, printed the label and made sure it was a price friendly option within my short timeframe! I'll definitely go back to PostNet in the future.

When the franchisee is rude and unprofessional, you call corporate. Then you find out that they are just as bad. No one wants to take responsibility for anything whatsoever. The person in charge of complains -- Rick -- acts like he is doing you a favor by taking your call. When and if they call back, don't expect a last name or extension by which to reach them.

On top of that, they feel like they don't need to stay open throughout the business day so if you call, you better do it before their lunch or else they will not answer the phone or just let the phone ring. Total amateur hour.
