Tower Printing and Media Group owners have been serving Arizona in the printing and graphic design business since 1979. Tower has been in operation under the same ownership since 1988. Our company overview? We're a bunch of fun-loving creative people with a passion for any form of visual communication! We want to make your brand look it's best whether in print, online or on your clothing. It's just that simple. After nearly ten years managing a local commercial printing company, Cam Stewart and his wife Ramona founded Tower Printing, Inc. and opened the doors in the fall of 1988. Tower Printing is a family owned and operated business and currently managed by Jake Stewart, Cam's oldest son.
The creative team at Tactix Creative and Tower Media have been handling all of our branding, marketing, websites and anything that requires graphics. I've even turned over all of our copy writing to them. It's great to know I can pick up the phone or shoot an email over to them and the project just gets handled.
VECTOR ARTWORK is composed of mechanical drawings that can be re-sized at will and maintains PERFECT resolution. The paths, points and curves used to create these files will recalculate as the image is sized. On the other hand. RASTER IMAGES are composed entirely of pixels and whatever size the pixel is. it always remains the same.

The owners son, Jake reached out to me about a project and it has been drawn out over a month since the initial meeting. I have to prod Jake every time I would like an update. As of now it has been 13 days since my last contact without acknowledgment. This is definitely making me think twice about using them on the regular as I was hoping to give them an ongoing production project. Now, I am not so sure I can count on them.
I would rather they just tell me that this is not something they are interested in and be honest if that is the case but that is not the initial feeling I had from Jake. The delays have faltered my first impression and I do not feel as good about recommending them or possibly using them, maybe its just the other employees are more vested in the company?. My other two interactions/transactions with Tower Printing were great, I had interacted with Kade and he was stellar.

These folks are outstanding. I've had several previous printing/embroidery companies before I found them and they are exceed expectations. Family owned company who treats their customers right. They do fantastic work and spend the time with their customer to make sure its first class service rather than being treated as just another number through the door. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to take their companies marketing materials to the next level.

I love these guys. I can count on my project, big or small, being done right and on time. I switched to Tower Printing several years ago because of missed deadlines at the previous print shop. The Tower staff has been great to work with, they have top notch design staff and they put out a great product. on time! they have great communication and follow through. I have never been let down using these guys.
