Dude, Rick is AWESOME. He has been extremely patient with our MULTITUDE of questions, has helped us be pretty self-sufficient with our website, and yet is willing and eager to help when we have what might be obvious questions to some. This is the type of customer service that isn't common anymore. Rick is a fun guy to talk to and very efficient, professional, and just overall was very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend! My office previously hired Rick at VISIONEFX to design its website and I eventually needed editing capabilities to list events on my department's page of the site. Over just a 12 minute phone call, Rick was able to assess what I needed and set up the page. Within 24 hours of that call he created a brief training video (6 minutes) and emailed it to me to teach me how to make the necessary edits for future events. He was very easy to work with, quick to respond and provide what I needed, and the training video was an added bonus that is a great reference!
