First annual accolade and dinner honors residents who are an inspiration to others through their work
New Hampshire – Some of New Hampshire’s most inspirational people and hardest workers will be honored with the newest celebration highlighting those who have truly carved their own place in this state. The Self Made in New Hampshire award will showcase the untold stories of those who have persevered and made their own way in life. Finalists for the first annual award will be recognized at a celebration gala in June.
Self Made in New Hampshire is now seeking nominations for people who fit this ideal. Have you or someone you know always been able to rise above? Tried to make a difference? Learned from experiences and shared success?
The nomination application is available on the Self Made in New Hampshire website at www. SelfMadeinNH. com. The deadline to submit nominations for the award is Friday, March 25, 2011.
A judging panel will narrow the field down to three finalists, and the winner will be announced at the celebration gala. The Self Made in New Hampshire dinner and gala will be held at 5:30 p. m. Thursday, June 16, 2011, at Brookstone Park, 14 Route 111, Derry. Register for tickets on the website.
