They are professional, provide excellent service in a timely manner and keep us up to date with current marketing trends. Ben and his staff are friendly and a easy to work with. I've been working with Tran Creative for about 5 years. When I was first looking for designers in Coeur d' Alene I wasn't really impressed with what I saw, then I found Ben and his team and I was shocked. I couldn't believe this quality of work was coming from a little design shop in a small resort town! This is the kind of work you'd expect from a Fortune 500 branding firm. I will always use Ben and his team for website, branding, logos and any design work I need done, and I will always refer people to him who are tired of mediocre design.

Regardless if you need a simple logo design, or a complete re-branding, Tran Creative has the talent and skill-set for it. When I met with Ben to discuss our small business needs, he made me feel like my business was just as important to him as the larger re-branding jobs I've seen him do.
