Forward Printing

Shirt-wearers worldwide prefer waterbased inks because they are soft and breathable. Using the discharge print method and waterbased printing we are able to print your designs on apparel with inks that bleach out the existing dye and replace it with your chosen colors. Water based discharge printing results in crisp detailed reproductions of your art without the heavy hand of traditional plastisol printing.

Foil printing is the way to give your t-shirt designs that added sparkle that make them stand out. It works great as a design accent as well as a bold iconic statement. Your designs will POP. Foil printing is a premium method so you NEED it done correctly. Our process achieves professional results and your foil prints will look superior to many of the top name brands on the market. Don't settle for inferior.

Custom Relabel is what you need if you are really trying to "go there" with your branding. Your single color tag gets printed with all of the necessary legal info and then we'll cut out the existing manufacturer's tag. On some occasions, custom relabel projects can add to our typical turnaround time, but we'll let you know up front.

It is unfortunate, but sometimes our vendors will run out of particular styles or colors. If this happens we can offer a variety of possible substitute products from other vendors, or you can choose to wait until the items are back in stock. The most common options are: increase quantity, print in fewer locations and/or with fewer colors, choose more economical garments. You can upload any number of files through our quote form, send smaller files through email, or using a file upload service like Dropbox.

We can work with some other formats but we recommend starting a dialogue with us before starting a design in a less-common format. Individual garments may have slightly different dimensions but these max print sizes are good guidelines. Due to the vast number of available fonts, please convert all type to outlines in Illustrator in order to ensure that we can properly view your art.
