I have been using this place for years because their prices are low. You get what you pay for, though. I placed a big order for t-shirts for my students' music show. They messed up one of the shirts during the printing process. Instead of calling me to ask if I would like the same size in a different color, the same shirt in a similar size, or any replacement, they simply did not print it. They called to say the order was done, my design was off the printer, and there was not going to be a shirt for that child.

They somehow thought it would make up for it by making me 3 ladies v-neck in a large and an XL adult shirt (the missing shirt was a kids' xs!). The salesperson who called me said this is a regular problem. Now I have a kid who doesn't have a shirt. They won't reprint. I was offered nothing else similar. I had to be the one to tell that child they don't get a shirt, which is about as fun as it sounds. They will be missing out on thousands of dollars from me each year because I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I took five new polo shirts to have it embroidered. I was told embroidery was not available for customers bringing in their own shirts.

Zia is great! We came to them at the near last minute with a shirt order for the high school marching band, and they delivered a top-notch quality product in record time. Lucy is a pleasure to work with; their art department expertly cleaned up the student-designed logo we submitted. They were flexible with changes in product quantity and finding weird sizes. I am super happy with our Zia experience!
