Not recommended in terms of development. Poor analysis, delays, break contract conditions, not using developer work, used models that is available online, outsource your project to a third party in India, .etc. Had to terminate the contract after paying $65K.

NI did our initial web design years ago, and has provided tremendous support through our redesign. Elly continues to be a great resource: helpful, insightful, and very customer service oriented. She takes great care of us. If we had any complaint, it's that we don't get invoiced for using the NI services as often or as quickly as we should, but then, it takes a while to pay so it all works out.

Not to be recommended. I recommended them to someone and they accepted a job larger than their capabilities then proceeded to hide. To date this company has never fessed up or owned up much less returned the TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars they stole. Outright stole. Not a wise business decision to use them.
