I have just concluded my eighth novel working with the outstanding professional team at 1106 Design. They are knowledgeable and always available when I need guidance. I highly recommend 1106 Design if you are serious about publishing a book!

In hindsight now, I can see how fortunate I was to discover 1106 Design thanks to some great recommendations from reliable sources. I was new to self-publishing but thought I would be able to learn all I needed to do using the information and tools available on the internet. That option might have worked eventually, but now I know it would have taken much longer and would have been accompanied by many, many frustrations to produce an end result inferior to what 1106 Design was able to do.

Normally I'm a do-it-myself person, but some things are done much better by professionals who have the right tools and plenty of experience. And as a very big bonus, all the people I worked with at 1106 Design were delightful - always friendly, professional, helpful, and reliable. It was a real pleasure working with them. If my thinking ahead to another book hatches into another manuscript, I know exactly who to come back to to help me turn it into a book I'm proud of. Thank you 1106!

I am truly delighted to recommend 1106 Design LLC for your next book. Their editing, formatting and proofreading of a Non-Fiction book like mine reflects their commitment and dedication in developing a high quality product par excellence. Each staff's attention to detail and timeliness of completion of required steps are commendable. Michele, Ronda, Anita and others personally oversaw the project all the way. I am well pleased. Thank you Thank you Anasseril E. Daniel, M. D Author of Suicide in Jails and Prisons:Preventive and Legal Perspectives

1106 Design is a highly professional group that has helped me immeasurably to make my book "Parallels in Autocracy- How Nations lose their Liberty" readable and also of a quality commensurate with the very timely and serous issues at hand. I can recommend them highly!

Ronda and Michelle and team at 1106 are absolutely fabulous. They exceeded my expectations on all counts. They are extremely responsive, knowledgeable, patient (with my endless questions), and skillful. Their editors and designers are top notch. I was absolutely thrilled with the cover art that 1106 designers created. I've learned through this process of publishing my first Indie book that there are a 1,000 details that I was completely unaware of. 1106 was "on top of" every one of those and was present for every step of the way from beginning contract to beautiful finished product.

I'm thrilled with the book we co-created.

Further 1106 walked me through every step of getting the book up on all online platforms, creating my own "bookstore" and more. If there were glitches, they followed through. In 1106, I knew I had a partner who would see this project through to high quality completion.

As a first time publisher. I did my research to find the best company to help me reach my dream. I investigated the background of various prospects. I studied their reviews on Google, Yelp, Amazon, and the BBB. I looked at all the public resources I could think of. When I came upon 1106 Design. The video of Michelle DeFilippo put a face to the words on the webpage. Her voice, mannerisms, and sincerity were reassuring and informative.

When I started working with Ronda Rawlins, she made me feel as though it was a partnership. She helped me make decisions by supplying me with information, and reassured me that my naivety was a part of my growth as a publisher. I am grateful to the entire 1106 Design team. Every step in the process was handled professionally and the outcome exceeded my expectations. They have made this a life changing experience and motivated me to start working on my second book. I have enjoyed my partnership with them and look forward to future projects with them by my side. Vondell M. Carthran The Art Of My Reality

I've published five books with the help of 1106 Design. Each time, the process has been seamless and the physical and eBook products of high quality. Michele, Ronda, and the 1106 crew are friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. I always feel that I'm in good hands with them. I highly recommend 1106 Design to all authors looking to self-publish.

I can't say enough great things about 1106 Design. They helped me to publish two books at the same time. The patience that Brian, Michelle and Ronda displayed towards me as a self publishing author that was very skeptical because of my past experience dealing with another company was nothing short of amazing. They virtually held my hand through every step of the process. They made sure we did not move forward to the next phase until I was completely satisfied.

They thoroughly explained how everything will work and there were no hidden fee or surprise add on. You get exactly what you pay for and the outcome is worth every penny. I was impressed with how my books, Issues and Me, Myself, and Men, turned out. You know they are not in this business to take advantage of new author and they care about the quality of work that is associated with the name 1106 Design. I have recommended them to a few of my friends that are considering writing a book. I can't thank you enough Michelle, Ronda and Brian.

As a newbie author with zero experience, I had the very good fortune to find 1106 Design. My book, Once Upon a Time in West Hollywood with over 125 photos, was a complex project. Michele & Ronda not only provided the services they advertised, they went above and beyond by being available and responsive, answering my million questions with patience and respect, did some serious hand holding, and best of all employed a great design and proofread team to take my blurry vision of a book, and make it a beautiful reality.

It was truly a collaboration. Their services comprised everything a new or experienced book writer would need, including uploading the finished product to Amazon and Ingram Spark,so if you want a high quality product that you will be proud of, I unequivocally recommend 1106 Design!

The finished books arrived on Wednesday, and I felt I had to let you know how absolutely beautiful they are the cover, the interior design, everything. Thank you so much. You have created a beautiful book, [Sea Changes], one that anyone would want to pick up and open. I am so grateful. It is everything I could have hoped for, and more. You guys are the greatest when it comes to book design.

Your proofreader did a great job! I am really delighted with the high quality of all the work you have done on my book, "My Dog Bites the Englsh Teacher: Practical Grammar Made Quick and Easy." Everyone who sees the cover design is just blown away by it.

1106 Design's work reflects the highest standards and their customer service is superb. They respond to emails nearly instantaneously, and when you call, you get a live person who is knowledgeable and willing to take whatever time is necessary to answer your questions. I am truly lucky to have found them for my book, "Leaving Johnny Behind: Overcoming Barriers to Literacy and Reclaiming At-Risk Readers."

I GOT THEM!!!! The books look absolutely awesome... wow, I don't know what to say.... whew. I am excited and nervous all at once. Again, I want to thank you for the outstanding job you did in helping me produce "The Spark: Overcome Burnout and Reclaim Your Passion for Teaching"... wow. I am on chapter three of my next book and when I sell a bunch of these and replenish my funds I want to start working on a cover with you guys and the whole deal all over again!

I am very pleased with the final results of the Mastery Press Logo. The bolding of the words was the final step in creating the image I had in mind. The whole logo looks exactly as I wanted it. Thank you for mastering my ideal! Let the blessings continue to flow from your fun publishing factory!

Every writer dreams of what their first published book might look like. 1106 Design's ability to turn their client's dreams into reality is nothing short of amazing. I found them among a list of highly recommended book designers, and of those professionals, no one impressed me more. Their interior and cover design concepts are on par with any major publication you will find in your competitive field.

I recently compared the finished copy of my novel "Cybernetica" to a similar book that won a prestigious award for cover art, and mine is actually better! Not only does 1106 Design provide the full range of services necessary to succeed in both production and marketing, they genuinely want you to succeed. There's nothing more gratifying than knowing you hired the right team for the job.

Let me personally take the opportunity to thank [the 1106 Design team] for all your exceptional work on "Coming Home to a Place Called Hope." I went in very green as to the actual design process of a book, but you have [all] been very helpful and patient in leading me through every step. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for that. As to the finished products - just let me say they are professional, polished and perfect for our purposes! (Say that three times fast!) I will definitely be keeping your contact information handy for any future projects.

I just wanted to let you know how thrilled I am with the final book cover for "Awaken the Genie Within." Whoo hoo! Thank you for putting together such a top-notch team of experts! Blessings,

1106 Design has been so reliable and efficient while working on my book, "The Search for Scholarships The Andrews System: A Step-by-Step Guide to Finding Money for College". It is so refreshing to deal with a company that has a high level of professionalism. I took a chance picking someone from the Internet, but it was the right choice.

It seems your service and dedication is limitless. You're really an exception in the business! I wish I were Random House so that I could promise you dozens of lucrative jobs in the future, but I will do all I can to spread word about you. You have not only earned yourself the top of my list but the sole entry for future projects after "The Writing on the Wall" by Hannes Artens. With others I pinch pennies, but to sign the dotted line on your contract was the wisest business decision I've done in this whole endeavor.

I am truly impressed by the number of corrections found by the proofreader in "The Arizona Landlord's Desk Book." Truly, this was money very well spent. Please pass on my sincere thanks for the proofreader's extraordinary effort.

I want to take a moment to let you know how thrilled I am with your design and layout of my book "Tastes Like Chocolate: Thoughts from Young People." This book has been on the drawing board of my mind for quite awhile now and 1106 Design has captured the essence of my vision for this book. You and your staff are professional, responsive, caring, and willing to answer and help guide me through the book-making process. My experience working with you and your staff has exceeded all of my expectations. Thank you for caring for Tastes Like Chocolate as much as I do.

We have been working with Michele and her company for at least two years now and I am so happy we found each other. 1106 designed a book called Trench Art: An Illustrated History that won an IPPY Award. Our company sponsors these awards and I was interested to learn more about the designer. Since we began our working relationship, 1106 Design has consistently met our required deadlines within budget.

They have great capacity and can handle any amount of work you give them. Our production varies drastically (when it rains, it pours), but it's nice to have someone that understands and is ready to work when the work comes in. Quality control is also excellent. We never have had any problems with manuscripts coming back because changes weren't made properly. The service they give their clients is outstanding.

To date, 1106 Design has designed seven books for us. (The Maxwell Winston Stone Series)
To say that they are good would be a vast understatement they have proven to be fantastic. Besides their high quality of work, both my wife and I strongly rely upon their opinions and suggestions. They have integrated into our decision-making and are delightful to work with. You will be getting a true professionals in the book world. Feel free to e-mail with any further questions you might have.

Thank you very much. You've been an instrumental part of whatever success "Beyond Paycheck to Paycheck" might achieve. I appreciate your patience, insightful advice and, of course, your candor.

1106 Design has done fantastic work for my book, "eBay Millionaire or Bust." 1106 delivered beautiful formatting and design in a timely manner, and are very nice people! If you want quality design, you have come to the right place!
