Worst place ever they will steal your money and you will never get your order. My recommendation is stay as far as possible from this sh1t hole and keep your wallet out of their reach.

Outstanding communication, service, product, pricing and ship time! When I signed up for an account as a new customer, Rolando sent me a welcome email immediately offering to answer any questions that I may have and asking how else he can assist my company. Now THAT is customer service! I've dealt with many print shops in the past 20yrs and Tight Designs is definitely one of the best. I'll be back for sure!

Tight Designs is awesome! They are fast, efficient and the quality of the product I received was top notch. I ordered Uber referral cards and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I even had an issue with the code I sent them and they reprinted the cards and I had them three days later. Great customer service. I will continue to do business with this company.

These guys are great, They put the customer first in the way they do business. Due to a miscommunication my cards had to be reprinted. Reprints were shipped to me the same week, hassle free. A bit on the pricier side but would highly recommend a quality product.

EXCELLENT service! Placed an order that was delivered in 4 days. UPS says they left it at my door but I never received it(I am guessing holiday package thieves, it was just before Christmas). I contacted Tight Designs and they replaced my order at about NO cost. The even apologized for the inconvenience caused by UPS just dropping the package at my apartment door! The replacement oreder was here in 3 days! I am reordering today! The cards are excellent quality and I am ordering a larger quantity!

After my order went trough a few days later they sending me an email saying the order was ready to pick up. They claim that in the process of check out i select the pick up option ( which i never see it) i explained them i can't go and pick it up so thats when they ask for more money in order to ship it to me. I didn't felt comfortable giving more cash for my order already done so that when i ask them to cancel the order and gave me a refund, not only they not gonna give me a full refund because of the material they used they also require me to fill a cancelation form and fax it back.
I explained them i do not have a printer or fax to get this done, that will require me to go to another place like office depot in order to do it and for the amount of the refund it was not worth it. Until now they still have the merchandise and my money. I opted to leave thing like that. I am feeling scammed i will never do business with this place again and i will not recommend this place to anyone. Update #1 05/03/2016 I still have nothing, not even a phone call.
