PELA's professionals provide a vast array of expertise including geologic, hydrogeologic, and environmental services. In 1961, Dr. Philip E. LaMoreaux founded P.E. LaMoreaux and Associates, Inc. (now dba PELA GeoEnvironmental, Inc.).
